To mark the launch of Veuve Clicquot’s ‘Let it Clicquot’ celebrations this winter, namely a series of intimate Clicquot Winter Parties across Australia in June and July, Veuve Clicquot hosted the annual ‘Clicquot Winter Party’ last night at Ivy’s Den. The space turned stylish Clicquot yellow for the evening, complete with Clicquot skis, snowboard and gondola.
Veuve Clicquot was flowing endlessly with wintery canapés created by Richard Purdue, Executive Chef of Merivale Events.
The Clicquot Party vibe featured a musical line up including Australian Idol performer, singer and songwriter, Reigan Derry, and the headline act, DJ Mark Olsen. Guests at the Clicquot Winter Party included the Bachelor’s Anna Heinrich and Tim Robards, Aje’s Nadia Fairfax, BresicWhitney’s Ivan Bresic, Tamarama band member Jay Lyon and Seven Network’s Sunrise Executive Producer Michael Pell.

2Day FM breakfast radio stars Jules Lund, Merrick Watts and Sophie Monk last night hosted an exclusive Gold Rush Party, with gorgeous British singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding, held at The Victoria Room in Sydney, where she dazzled the crowd with some of her biggest hits. 100 friends of the breakfast show came in theme dressed in a touch of gold, and could have their faces painted to match. Champagne cocktails being served contained gold flakes!
Entertainment during the event included aerial acrobatics, jugglers and hula hoopers, an amazing balancing act, and as a curtain raiser for Ellie, a captivating performance by New Zealand duo Broods.
Ellie sang her brand new single ‘Beating Heart’, along with her hits ‘Burn’, ‘Anything Could Happen’, and my favourite that she featured in with Calvin Harris, ‘I need your love’. Sensational party!
